MINDZERO believes in the power of connection, and they need YOUR help to make a difference! As part of their MINDZERO GIVES BACK initiative, they are collecting Pull Ups for Family Outreach of Horry County, an amazing nonprofit dedicated to strengthening families.
Simply drop off a package of Pull Ups at their studio, located at 3848 South Kings Highway, right across from Myrtle Beach State Park.
But that’s not all! Join us on October 11th for a special event where people from Talk 94.5 take the plunge into the MINDZERO Experience! Dive into an evening filled with:
Sauna
Cold plunge
Breath work
Guided meditation
A unique sauna ceremony
Arrive at 6:30 PM to tour their studio, meet the MINDZERO team, and discover how contrast therapy is transforming lives in our community. The session kicks off at 7 PM!
